ECR Member Adam Ciszkowski has been appointed rapporteur for the opinion on the "Consumer Agenda" which includes an action plan for consumers in the Single Market.  The opinion will examine the protection of vulnerable consumers, and it will also tie in to the ongoing work on digital fairness. 

"Consumer protection is essential: with a more globalized market, we cannot overlook consumers and their rights, which need to be safeguarded", said Adam Ciszkowski.

The opinion will be adopted by the NAT Commission in April followed by plenary adoption in July.
