Karácsony presents opinion on Stockpiling Strategy to Council Working Party on Resilience Level Preparedness

Ádám Karácsony, ECR rapporteur for the opinion “EU Stockpiling Strategy: boosting the EU’s material preparedness for crisis”, presented today his work to participants of the Council of the European Union’s ad hoc Working Party on preparedness, response capability and resilience to future crises. The rapporteur reiterated the vital role of local and regional authorities in strengthening Europe’s crisis and resilience framework.

The European Committee of the Regions’ Commission for Territorial Cohesion Policy and EU Budget (COTER) adopted today the Connecting Europe Facility 2028-2034 opinion by ECR Vice-President Juraj Droba. The opinion emphasises the crucial role of the CEF in supporting Europe’s transport and energy networks and strengthening the EU’s competitiveness, security, and Single Market integration.
